If you've not read the Twilight series, you should jump on the wagon! Seriously! It's been on the New York top selling list, for quite some time! Stephenie Meyer did a spectacular job writing this series! She has so much talent and is so descriptive, it's positively riveting!
Originally, my daughter brought this home from her school book fair. I wasn't quite sure what to make of it, but when she finished it (in just a few days) I decided to pick it up, and couldn't put it down! I fell in love with the plot and characters from the very beginning! I'm really not a 'Vampire' kind of reader, but this was different! This was captivating! Meyer makes you feel as if you're right there, smack in the middle of this story! Needless to say, I breezed through the first book, second, third and the phenomenal fourth and last book... thinking, WOW! that was incredible! There is a little bit of a lull, where you feel as if you can't keep reading, just at the edge of your seat, with the same thought.... will Edward and Bella be together forever!!! UGH!!! I just wanted closure! The fourth book was well worth the wait!
These books are quick reads and by the fourth book, and I hope you enjoy them just as much as I did! Now for the movie!!! We can hardly wait! Tune in for my thoughts on the movie! I also hope you check out Meyer's Twilight series! As for Dallas... the Galleria has gone wild with thousands lined up to get the bracelet that will hopefully get you up close and personal with the characters, if not chosen to be the one to ask questions and get autographs!
